Summer Movie Mondays Series Begin on June 10 at The George Sportsmen’s Lounge with Family and Adult Classics
The George Sportsmen’s Lounge, a 24/7 dining and entertainment venue at Durango Casino & Resort, is proud to announce the kickoff of its anticipated Movie Monday series. Set to begin on June 10 and running through August 26, this unique series promises an unforgettable cinematic experience for both families and film enthusiasts.
The lineup features beloved family-friendly matinees and classic movies for adults, all showcased on a stunning 75-foot video screen on the patio.

Family-Friendly Matinee Showings
The fun begins each Monday morning at 9:30 AM with a special Movie Character Meet & Greet, an ideal photo op for kids. Matinee screenings start at 10 AM, featuring a curated selection of animated and family favorites:
June 10: The Little Mermaid
June 17: Encanto
June 24: Cars
July 1: Paw Patrol
Children and their families can also enjoy delicious kids picnic meals, available for purchase to make the movie experience even more delightful.
Evening Screenings for Adults 21+
As the sun sets, The George transforms its patio into an adult-friendly movie haven with evening showtimes scheduled for 8 PM, conditions permitting based on the conclusion of any ongoing sporting events. Guests can indulge in themed crafted cocktails or beverage specials for each movie, enhancing the cinematic journey, while freshly popped popcorn will be offered to all.
