Introducing Las Vegas to newest woman-owned Winery/Small Business
Pine Hollow Winery has opened in the Las Vegas community. This woman-owned small business has relocated from Western Pennsylvania, offering hand crafted wines for the local community, tourists and E Commerce.
Centrally located on West Charleston, Pine Hollow Winery’s location affords accessibility from The Strip, Downtown, I15, 215 Beltway and Summerlin Parkway.
Pine Hollow Winery was born in Barbara & John DiVirgilio’s home in Western Pennsylvania over seven years ago. “We were inspired to start creating our own wines after going on a winery tour in Ohio,” said Owner, Barbara DiVirgilio. “On the drive home my husband, John, and I were talking about what an amazing experience we had thought it was something we would really enjoy doing and all it took was one of us to utter ‘We can do this,’ and we were on our way,” DiVirgilio added.
The winery specializes in small batch, handcrafted wines from fruits along with a few grape wines with pleasant, unexpected twists. “We have developed our own unique recipes, from our Naughty Noiret to our Tropical Splash, we offer something for every taste,” said DiVirgilio.
While it was a challenge to relocate during the pandemic, Pine Hollow Winery, the first winery within Las Vegas city limits, is now open. Patrons can walk in during business hours to partake in open wine tastings as well as purchase bottles to take home and visit the wine-inspired gift shop.
Offerings include:
- Public wine tastings with options of 6 sample or an 8 sample
- Option 8 sample tasting, patrons will receive either a free wine glass or cork keychain
- Coming Soon – private wine tasting for 20 people, hosted by the owners, giving more in-depth details on the wines selected and provide question and answer session
