Chef/Owner James Trees is excited to announce a very special Wine Dinner with Fields Family Wines on February 14 at Esther’s Kitchen. For the first time ever in Las Vegas, Fields Family Winemaker and owner Russ Fields, along with winemaker and partner Ryan Sherman, will co-host this evening of wines paired with a six-course menu by Chef James Trees and his team.
