There’s nothing like New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas. From exclusive performances by chart-topping headliners to DJ sets in the world’s most dynamic nightclubs, Las Vegas shines as the Entertainment Capital of the World on December 31.

A Dazzling Fireworks Display
Las Vegas Events and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority present America’s Party 2022, the fireworks and entertainment extravaganza ringing in the New Year on the Las Vegas Strip. Co-produced by Fireworks by Grucci, the pyrotechnic display will be launched from eight rooftop locations.

As the only motorized form of transportation available along the Strip on New Year’s Eve, the Las Vegas Monorail has announced extended hours of operation for the NYE celebration. The Las Vegas Monorail will operate continuously from 7 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 31 through the entire New Year’s Day and until 3 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022 for a total of 44 straight hours.
Regularly priced tickets are $5 for a single ride, with unlimited-ride passes available for 24 hours, two days, three days and more beginning at $13.
The Monorail will offer a special discount of $3 off the price of 3-day unlimited ride passes when purchased in advance now through December 30, 2021. Tickets can be purchased here.
Electrifying Live Performances
The Entertainment Capital of the World routinely rings in the New Year with performances by today’s most popular acts.
Multitalented entertainer Usher is back for a year-end installment of his residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
Pop/rock band Maroon 5 rings in 2022, marking the band’s tenth New Year’s Eve show in Las Vegas. Fans can enjoy the rockers’ hits at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ expansive yet intimate music venue, The Chelsea.
In addition to fantastic views for the fireworks show, revelers at Drai’s Nightclub inside The Cromwell Las Vegas can also enjoy an electrifying performance by hip-hop icon Rick Ross this NYE.
Fremont Street Experience is turning the clock back for its NYE party, as the Downtown Las Vegas attraction’s ’80s & ’90s Dance Party Celebration features performances by Vanilla Ice, Village People, Bobby Brown, Tone Loc and A Flock of Seagulls.
“Jump” to it and ring in the New Year at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Van Halen lead singer David Lee Roth returns to his House of Blues Las Vegas residency NYE.
Soulful showman Bruno Mars is sure to bring some extra “24K Magic” to Dolby Live at Park MGM this New Year’s Eve, as the pop star is back for another installment of his resident show.
