Brooklyn Bowl: Revelers can celebrate the countdown from the center of the Las Vegas Strip with live music, a complimentary champagne toast and more surprises at Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas. On Friday, Dec. 31, Brooklyn Bowl will host their “Y2K NYE Party,” featuring a live set from DJ CO1 with all the top hits of the 2000s, including songs by Green Day, Kanye West, Outkast, Alicia Keys, Eminem, Coldplay, U2 and Nelly. Tickets for adults 21 years and older start at $20 during pre-sale and will increase to $30 during the week of the event. Doors open at 9:30 p.m. and proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test is required.
Chayo Mexican Kitchen + Tequila Bar: Guests can start 2022 at Chayo’s popular Latin Nights event, with festivities beginning at 11 p.m. on Dec. 31 with DJ Just Joey.
ICEBAR: Locals and tourists alike can celebrate New Year’s Eve at ICEBAR, the immersive ice attraction located at The LINQ Promenade, with a complimentary champagne toast every hour to mark the new year around the globe. The celebrations will begin at 11 a.m., when Pakistan reaches midnight, and continue every hour until 12 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, as Las Vegas welcomes 2022. Off The Strip Bistro + Bar: For guests visiting during New Year’s Eve, Off The Strip will offer special menu items, including their surf and turf, a 16-ounce ribeye and shrimp scampi, accompanied by seasonal vegetables and fingerling potatoes, for $55; the salmon over mushroom risotto, comprising seared salmon over mushroom risotto smothered with lobster sauce and topped with lobster meat for $38; and the New England clam chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl for $16.
