Find your foodie thrills with BRERA osteria’s White Truffle Tasting Menu. This special menu begins with Soft Poached Egg Raviolo served with alba white truffle sauce and shaved white truffles. Next comes the Potato Terrine with pumpkin purée, organic egg, Reggiano cream and shaved white truffles. For the entrée, enjoy Salt-crusted Veal Rib Eye with mushroom duxelles, sunchoke purée and white truffles. Finish the tasting menu with a Truffled Hazelnut Gelato for a balanced dessert that offers savory and sweet. This exclusive menu is only available on New Year’s Eve.

Indulge in a five-course dinner at Chica by Chef Lorena Garcia. Start with a traditional Venezuela cachapa paired with caviar amuse, then choose from Baked “Croquette” Oysters with tasso ham mornay, calabrian chili and black salt, Hamachi Ceviche with coconut kalamansi, mango, cashew and picada, Wagyu Quesabirria Empanada with Oaxaca cheese and consome, Peruvian Octopus Anticucho with aji panca, botija, and padron chili, or Heirloom Tomato Salad with crispy serrano ham, pepitas, aerated farmers cheese and salsa verde. For the main course guests can choose from Wagyu Churrasco with black garlic mole, kumquat saba chimi and crispy fingerlings, Red Shrimp Crusted Halibut a lo Macho with aji, lobster and cream sauce, birds nest and greens, Venezuelan Braised Short Rib with habanero relish, huancaina mash jus, Pepita Crusted Lamb Rack with pepita crust, stuffed squash blossoms and mole verde, Flame Rotisserie Chicken with stuffing, crema wine sauce, black truffle and broccolini, or Cowgirl Ribeye from Domestic Wagyu with chipotle butter and black truffle yuca fries (additional $50). Creating a celebratory atmosphere is in chef David Chang’s DNA, and at Majordōmo Meat & Fish, he knows how to throw a party for your taste buds. What’s the best way to start? Caviar and Bing. Switching out blinis for their famous Bing bread, it’s the perfect way to begin the meal. Feast on the Smoked Crown Roast of Heritage Pork served with black truffle pork jus, black-eyed peas and braised collard greens. Explore other mouthwatering options like A5 Wagyu or Mishima Chateaubriand carved tableside. This special menu is available on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

Close out 2021 with a delicious spread of Northern Italian fare. Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano hits all the right notes for New Year’s Eve with pasta to dishes from the land and sea. Savor steamed Maine lobster with cocoa-infused pasta and Nardello peppers. Experience the unique Mishima Wagyu Filet Mignon, known for its noteworthy marbling. Mott 32 is the place to go for modern Hong Kong cuisine. For the main entrée, enjoy Geoduck. Pronounced “gooey duck,” Mott 32 gives guests a choice of two ways it can be prepared: sautéed or salt and pepper. Guests can also indulge in Steamed Australian Lobster with pickled chili and enoki mushroom, Crispy Roasted Squab, Sauteed Cauliflower with morel or Hong Kong Style Preserve Meat in a rice clay pot.
