MRKT Sea & Land at Aliante Casino + Hotel + Spa will offer an unforgettable, three-course holiday dinner for $75 per person on Saturday, December 25 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. To begin the meal, guests will be served lobster bisque. The main entrée features Chilean sea bass served with king crab, truffle risotto and asparagus jus. Diners can also delight in a dessert trio, featuring vanilla crème brûlée, raspberry macarons and chocolate truffles.
MRKT Sea & Land will also serve a three-course New Year’s Eve special on Friday, December 31 for $85 per person starting at 5 p.m. The meal will begin with a MRKT Chopped Salad with romaine lettuce, blue cheese crumbles, bacon, tomatoes, avocado and white French dressing. For the main entrée, guests can enjoy a 7-oz. filet mignon paired with a 5-oz. lobster tail served with grilled asparagus and pureed garlic potatoes. To end the meal, guests will be served a dessert trio, featuring vanilla crème brûlée, raspberry macarons and chocolate truffles.
Bistro 57 at Aliante is serving up an Italian-inspired holiday special on December 25 from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $45 per person. As the starter, guests can choose from a Bistro Salad or pasta e Fagioli soup. The main entrée features Cioppino, a classic seafood stew with crab, clams, shrimp, scallops and a fragrant stock of fennel, garlic and crushed tomatoes. A slice of New York cheesecake with raspberry sauce will be served for dessert.
Bistro 57 will also serve a three-course New Year’s Eve special for $45 per person on December 31 starting at 4 p.m. The dinner will start with a seafood salad. Slow-roasted short rib with grilled shrimp and saffron risotto will be served as the main course. For dessert, guests can enjoy profiteroles filled with French vanilla gelato.
Aliante’s FARM will serve a delicious holiday special on December 25 from 11 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $21.99 per person. The special includes a house salad, and a grilled flat iron steak served with fried shrimp. The special also includes the Chef’s choice for dessert.
Starting on New Year’s Day (January 1, 2022) through January 14, 2022, FARM will serve a tasty special for $19.99 per person (or $17.99 with a B Connected card) from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The special features black-eyed peas and pork chop served with the choice of soup or salad and the Chef’s choice for dessert.
Alder & Birch at The Orleans Hotel and Casino will serve a decadent, four-course holiday special on December 25 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $65 per person. For the starter, guests can enjoy a mood blue and apple tart with ricotta and blue cheese baked with gala apples, lime marmalade, fresh thyme and fig balsamic syrup. Diners can also choose from a pumpkin bisque or classic Caesar salad. For the main entrée, diners can choose from the grass-fed ribeye steak served with chimichurri, lobster mac and cheese and grilled asparagus, or the pistachio-crusted sea bass served with asparagus risotto, Parisienne vegetables and mandarin orange glaze. Bailiwick All American Pub + Eatery at The Orleans will offer a tantalizing three-course holiday special on December 25 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. for $45 per person. As a starter, diners can choose from a wedge salad with an iceberg wedge on crumbled moody blue cheese dressing with applewood smoked bacon, scallions, vine-ripened tomatoes, balsamic syrup and topped with crispy fried onions. Diners can also choose the butternut squash soup. The main course features beef Wellington, a classic center-cut beef tenderloin topped with mushroom duxelles and pâté, and baked in puff pastry. The dish is served with Madeira wine sauce, scalloped potatoes and fresh broccolini. To end the meal, diners can enjoy apple strudel served with vanilla gelato and whiskey vanilla sauce.
Also located at The Orleans is Copper Whisk Café, serving a “Land & Sea” holiday special available on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $21.99 per person. Guests can begin their meal with the choice of soup du jour or a house salad. For the main entrée, guests will enjoy the featured “Land & Sea” dish that includes petite filet mignon stuffed with Boursin cheese and two jumbo crab-stuffed shrimp with lemon butter sauce, croquette potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables. On December 25, Cornerstone at Gold Coast Hotel and Casino will offer several delectable options on its holiday menu from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. For starters, guests can choose from a hearty minestrone soup, a house salad or a Caesar salad. As the main entrée, guests can choose the traditional roasted tom turkey dinner for $40 served with sage dressing, glazed yams, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, giblet gravy and house-made cranberry sauce. Suncoast Hotel and Casino’s fine dining destination, SC Prime Steakhouse & Bar, will offer a special three-course holiday menu on December 25 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $56 per person. The menu includes sausage and corn chowder with Italian sausage, potatoes, corn and cream, as the starter. The main entrée features pistachio-crusted Alaskan halibut served with sautéed shrimp, fingerling potatoes and baby spinach. 90 NINETY Bar + Grill at Suncoast will be serving up a three-course, à la carte holiday menu on December 25. Guests can begin the meal with a Caesar salad with chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, croutons and Parmesan cheese for $5.95. The main course features a grilled, 16-oz. bone-in pork chop served with apple chutney, stuffing, winter veggies, whipped garlic potatoes and a dinner roll for $27.95. Du-par’s Restaurant & Bakery at Suncoast will serve a savory holiday meal for $19.99 per person on December 25. The special features pork medallions served with roasted garlic shrimp and roasted potatoes. The meal also includes a slice of your favorite Du-par’s specialty or cream pie for dessert. Du-par’s regular menu will also be available.
The Angry Butcher at Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall will serve multiple delicious holiday menu options on December 25 from 2 p.m. to close for $49 per person. The dining experience will begin with the choice of pan-roasted jumbo crab-stuffed shrimp with red pepper rémoulade or a winter salad with crisp greens, poached pears, sun-dried cranberries, candied walnuts and red wine vinaigrette. For the main entrée, diners can choose one of three options, including the garlic-studded, rosemary-crusted leg of lamb served with scalloped or baked sweet potato, roasted Brussels sprouts and mint demi-glace; the butter-broiled, 10-oz. Georges Bank swordfish with garlic and herb fingerling potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and lemon caper sauce; or the oven-roasted prime rib served with scalloped or baked sweet potato, buttered carrots and Brussels sprouts. Guests can also choose from a pumpkin crème brûlée or pistachio cheesecake for dessert.
On New Year’s Eve (Friday, December 31), The Angry Butcher will ring in 2022 with three festive, three-course menus from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menus are as follows:
- The Premium Menu is available for $99 per person and includes a glass of premium cabernet or Gambino sparkling prosecco, and the choice of lobster chowder, French onion soup, The Angry Butcher House Salad or cleaver salad. The main entrée features a hand-selected tenderloin and a butter-broiled lobster tail served with cavatappi mac and cheese and grilled asparagus. For dessert, guests can choose from New York-style eggnog cheesecake, eggnog crème brûlée or holiday bananas foster.
- The Classic Menu is $89 per person and includes a glass of Gambino sparkling prosecco, and the choice of lobster chowder, The Angry Butcher House Salad or cleaver salad. For the main entrée, diners will be served hand-cut New York strip steak with crispy tempura shrimp, butter-whipped mashed potatoes and the Chef’s fresh vegetables. Guests can also choose eggnog crème brûlée or holiday bananas foster for dessert.
- For $79 per person, guests can choose the Traditional Menu, featuring a glass of Gambino sparkling prosecco, and the choice of lobster chowder or The Angry Butcher House Salad. The main entrée is hand-carved, Angry Butcher-cut prime rib served with crispy potato wedges and the Chef’s fresh vegetables. Holiday bananas foster will be served for dessert.
Carve Prime Rib at Cannery Casino Hotel will serve a memorable, three-course holiday dinner on Friday, December 24 and Saturday, December 25 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $34.99 per person. Diners will begin their meal with the choice of wild mushroom bisque or a holiday ambrosia salad. The main entrée options include prime rib or broiled halibut. For dessert, guests will be served a warm molten chocolate cake.
Cannery’s Victory’s Café will also offer a three-course holiday dinner on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $17.99 per person. Begin the holiday meal with the choice of either a holiday dinner salad or lentil soup. For the main entrée, guests can choose from the grilled New York steak and shrimp, or the brown sugar-baked ham, both served with butter-whipped potatoes and vegetable medley. A chocolate and vanilla cream Yule log with peppermint ice cream will be served for dessert.
Victory’s Cafe will also serve a New Year’s Weekend special from Friday, December 31, 2021 at 11 a.m. through Sunday, January 2, 2022 at 10 p.m. for $17.99 per person. The special features a choice of charbroiled steak and shrimp served with mashed potatoes and the Chef’s vegetable selection, or smoked ham hocks served with stewed black-eyed peas, collard greens and cornbread. Guests can add banana cream pie for an additional $5.95 per person.
Redwood Steakhouse at the California Hotel and Casino will serve an exquisite holiday dining experience for $65 per person on December 25 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The holiday menu’s appetizer features heirloom tomatoes, feta, micro arugula with a sherry vinaigrette. The main entrée features a Creekstone Farms Black Canyon Angus beef tenderloin served with butter-poached shrimp, whipped potatoes, asparagus and a red wine demi-glace. The dessert features a raspberry napoleon with Godiva chocolate sauce. Additionally, Redwood Steakhouse will be serving up peppermint martinis for $11 each.
Triple 7 Restaurant and Microbrewery at Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel will serve a scrumptious holiday special on December 25 from 5 p.m. to midnight for $15.25 per person. The special features slow-cooked braised pork belly sliders with sweet bourbon glaze, pickled vegetables and sweet potato fries.
Main Street Station’s Garden Court eatery will serve a variety of holiday favorites on December 25 from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $31 per person. Garden Court will offer a hand-carved prime rib station, fresh sage and butter roasted turkey breast, roasted ham and Italian sausage. Diners can also enjoy potato gnocchi in sage butter, apple and dried cherry stuffing, sautéed mussels, garlic clams, sweet potato and pecan casserole, bacon-wrapped stuffed pork loin and grilled steaks in red wine sauce. Additional options include pumpkin bisque, green bean casserole, Yule logs, pumpkin pie, and more holiday favorites. Garden Court will also be serving eggnog for an additional $6.
