‘Tis the season for holiday dining at The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod with festive, specialty menus at Top of the World, McCall’s Heartland Grill and STRAT Café, available from Friday, Dec. 24 through Sunday, Dec. 26.
Top of the World, The STRAT’s iconic rotating restaurant, will offer celebratory à la carte selections, available from 4 to 11 p.m. Dishes will include roasted cauliflower and coriander soup, topped with garlic and chile infused olive oil and crispy shallot, priced at $17; 12-ounce roast prime rib of beef, served with smoked cheddar and jalapeño corn pudding, horseradish, whipped potatoes and natural jus, priced at $65; and decadent gingerbread cake, made with chocolate ganache, salted caramel apple compote and topped with sauce anglaise, priced at $12.
A three-course holiday feast will be offered at McCall’s Heartland Grill, priced at $55 per person, served from 5 to 11 p.m. The prix fixe menu will include mixed greens with fresh cucumber, ripe tomatoes and pickled carrots to start; slow-roasted prime rib, served with herbal beef au jus, creamy garlic scallop potatoes and blue lake greens for the entrée; and French Dutch apple pie à la mode for dessert.
Traditional à la carte selections will also be available at STRAT Café, open 24 hours. The menu will feature seasonal greens, topped with smokehouse bacon, toasted pistachios and champagne vinaigrette, priced at $9; a 12-ounce ribeye, served with garlic mashed potatoes, baby carrots, wild mushrooms and chives, priced at $29; and pecan pie à la mode, priced at $8.
