On Wednesday, Dec. 1, Fremont Street Experience will officially kick off the 2021 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo with its free Downtown Hoedown featuring country music stars Jordan Davis, The Frontmen of Country and Diamond Rio.
This celebration will transform the world-famous Fremont Street Experience into a honky-tonk paradise. Chart-topping country music singer-songwriter Jordan Davis will kick off the celebration at 6:00 p.m. on the Main Street stage where he will be performing his hits including “Almost Maybes,” “Singles You Up,” and “Buy Dirt.”
Following Davis’ set, fans can head down to the 1st Street stage at 7:40 p.m. to catch 90’s Country supergroup The Frontmen of Country, comprised of Richie McDonald of Lonestar, Larry Stewart of Restless Heart and Tim Rushlow, formerly of Little Texas. This talented trio will perform classics from their respective groups including Restless Heart classics, “The Bluest Eyes in Texas,” and “I’ll Still Be Loving You,” Lonestar smashes such as “Amazed,” and “I’m Already There,” and Little Texas hits including “God Blessed Texas,” and “What Might Have Been.”
Beginning at 9:30 p.m. on the 3rd Street stage, GRAMMY-award winning group Diamond Rio will close out the night with a show-stopping performance of their hits “How Your Love Makes Me Feel,” “One More Day,” “Beautiful Mess,” and more.
