Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, will celebrate National Taco Day with a special dish on Monday, Oct. 4.
Exclusively on the holiday, Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant will offer a surf ‘n turf taco plate, combining two of their most popular tacos.
The limited-time-only plate will feature one taco de camarones, a corn tortilla filled with grilled butterflied shrimp seasoned with Pancho’s special herbs blend, shredded cheeses, cilantro, lettuce, pico de gallo and chipotle sour cream; and a taco de carne asada, made with grilled strips of flat iron steak, topped with lettuce, shredded cheeses and pico de gallo in a corn tortilla. Served with rice and beans, the Surf ‘n Turf taco plate is priced at $18.95 for lunch and $20.95 for dinner.
Guests can also enjoy one of Pancho’s many appetizers including its artichoke and jalapenos con queso, a Pancho’s specialty combining blends of melted cheese, cream cheese, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeno served with tostadita chips.
Also available is Pancho’s full selection of desserts, such the sopapillas, crispy pastries covered in cinnamon sugar, drizzled with caramel sauce and served with vanilla ice cream.
