The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod is welcoming football season with a weekly “Home vs. Away” menu featuring tailgate grub to honor teams at PT’s Wings & Sports, available exclusively every Friday through Sunday.
Each week, the “Home vs. Away” menu will showcase hometown favorites from cities of teams playing Sunday night football throughout the corresponding weekend. Featured menus include:
Friday, Sept. 10 – Sunday, Sept. 12
Representing Chicago, the “Hot Italian Sando” is crafted on an Italian roll with thinly- sliced beef and topped with spicy giardiniera; and the Rams will be represented by Korean barbecue, made with Korean-style beef short rib and napa cabbage kimchi, paired with white rice.
Friday, Sept. 17 – Sunday, Sept. 19
Inspired by Baltimore, the “Baltimore Crab Cake” is made with jumbo lump crab, bib lettuce, lemon and mayonnaise; and the “KC Burnt Ends Brisket Platter,” reflecting the Chiefs, is created with burnt ends, sliced briskets, and paired with baked beans and coleslaw.

Capturing the essence of San Francisco, PT’s will serve “Cioppino” made with shrimp, mussels, clams and tomato broth, topped with fresh herbs and served with a sourdough roll; and influenced by the Packers, the “Beer Brat and Fried Cheese Curds” is stacked on a soft roll with beer brat, caramelized onions and whole grain mustard, paired with fried cheese curds.
Friday, Oct. 1 – Sunday, Oct. 3
Echoing Tampa Bay, the “Tampa Style Cuban” sandwich is piled on a Cuban roll with ham and roasted pork, and topped with Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard; and the Patriots will be represented by the “New England Lobster Rolls,” served on a split bun, topped with butter-poached lobster, diced celery and lemon juice.
Friday, Oct. 8 – Sunday, Oct. 10
Mirroring the Bills, the “Beef on Weck” sandwich is made on a kummelweck roll, topped with roast beef and horseradish, and served with au jus; and inspired by the Chiefs, the “KC Burnt Ends Brisket Platter” is crafted with burnt ends, sliced briskets, and paired with baked beans and coleslaw.
