Performances by Jacob Collier, Britany Howard, San Holo and Ludacris to take over the Brooklyn Bowl stage leading into Life is Beautiful
Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is thrilled to announce a specially curated lineup in collaboration with Life is Beautiful, featuring exclusive performances leading up to and throughout the festival weekend. The concert series kicks off with breakout artist Jacob Collier (Sept. 15), followed by singer – songwriter Britany Howard (Sept. 16) and closes out with late night shows starring the critically acclaimed San Holo (Sept. 17) and hip-hop icon Ludacris (Sept. 18).

About Jacob Collier
Hailing from London, 26-year-old artist Jacob Collier has been compared to Mozart by Coldplay’s Chris Martin and has collaborated with some of today’s hottest artists including Pharrell Williams, Lizzo, SZA, and more. Collier’s debut album “In My Room” went on to garner two GRAMMY wins in 2016. His latest project, “Djesse” consists of four volumes, each with its own distinct style and sound. The most recent volume, “Djesse Vol.3” dives into the key musical aspects of the pop and R&B genres, earning Collier a GRAMMY nomination for Album of the Year in 2021.

About Brittany Howard
Singer songwriter Brittany Howard emerged onto the scene in 2012 as the lead singer and guitarist for the critically acclaimed American rock band, Alabama Shakes. In 2016, she, alongside the band, earned three GRAMMY® nods for their second studio album “Sound & Color” including Best Rock Performance, Best Rock Song and Best Alternative Music Album. Howard also lends her musical talents to two other rock bands, Thunderbitch and Bermuda Triangle, both hailing from Nashville. In 2019, Howard announced her debut solo album “Jamie” which received unprecedented acclaim for its eclectic style featuring blues rock, neo soul, gospel, jazz and more.

About San Holo
Sander van Dijck, known better by his stage name San Holo, is a Dutch producer who emerged during the Soundcloud-era. His first EP “Album 1” debuted at number seven on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart in 2017 and won Best Electronic Album at the International Dance Music Awards. Following the success of “Album 1” San Holo was catapulted into a league of his own earning him praise from the industry’s most well-known acts including Rivers Cuomo and Porter Robinson. His second studio album “bb u ok?” released in June 2021, blurs traditional lines by seamlessly blending big house anthems and chill, lo-fi beats.

Arguably one of the most successful rappers of all time, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges is a hip-hop icon with chart-topping hits like “Roll Out,” “Area Codes,” “Get Back,” and “Money Maker” that transcend generations. Following an independent debut in 1999, Luda’s album “Back for the First Time” marked his first release with a major label, featuring hit single “Southern Hospitality” with Pharrell. Over the last seven years, Ludacris has released nine studio albums with “Release Therapy” earning him two GRAMMY nods in 2006 for “Best Rap Album” and “Best Rap Song.”
