Bazaar Meat by Chef José Andrés launches its first-ever takeaway menu, allowing guests to enjoy its award-winning carnivorous fare at home. Beginning Friday, Oct. 2, the restaurant will offer large-format meals serving up to three people, as well as à la carte selections, desserts and beverages.
Those looking for a feast can choose from selections including Rosewood Texas Ribeye ($170), Chateubriand of Brandt Beef Tenderloin ($150), Secreto Ibérico Pork ($110) or Merino Lamb Rack ($110). Other entrée selections include Slow-Roasted Wagyu Brisket ($100) or Argentinian-Style Wagyu Shortrib ($100), which both require 24-hour notice. Each meal serves two to three people and includes a selection of five starters like the beloved buttered potato puree as well as traditional Spanish flan for dessert.
À la carte offerings include the recently-launched Bazaar Burger ($22), Butifarra Catalan Pork Sausage ($26), Skirt Steak ($38), and a quarter Crispy Suckling Pig ($160), as well as a tasting portion of the renowned Vaca Vieja ($35). For smaller bites and sweets, guests can choose from Fire-Roasted Leeks ($15), Setas al Ajillo ($15), Ice Creams by the Pint ($8), and two Dark Chocolate and Almond Eclairs ($8). In addition to a selection of bottles of sparkling, white, rosé and red wines, Bazaar Meat is now offering a red or white sangria kit ($20) for guests to make and enjoy at home.
