CAMCO VP Earns Golden Star Award for Lifetime Achievement

Christine Greengrass, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, received the Golden Star Award for lifetime achievement at the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Nevada Chapter Awards Gala on July 16 at Red Rock Resort, where she was recognized for her leadership and dedication to the industry. 

As Vice President of Association Services at the Complete Association Management Company (CAMCO), Greengrass focuses on supervising non-developer-controlled communities and educating homeowners and board members on the processes and laws that govern community association living in Nevada. 

With CAMCO’s management portfolio division expanding, it’s managing new communities transitioning from developer control as well as outside established associations. 

Bringing more than 30 years of experience managing real estate communities in Nevada, Michigan and California, Greengrass joined CAMCO in 2017 as a Regional Director and General Manager of the Portfolio Division before being promoted to Vice President of Community Management. 

Prior to entering the community association management industry in 2001, Greengrass spent 12 years in multifamily residential management in Michigan and Nevada, eventually adding experience managing luxury high-rise condominium properties in Nevada and California and serving as past president of the Las Vegas High Rise and Condominium Association. 

Greengrass is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations, an Association Management Specialist and a Professional Community Association Manager through CAI, the industry’s leading trade organization. As an active CAI member, she’s served on the CAI Nevada Chapter Education Committee, chaired the CAI annual Gala Committee and enjoys teaching numerous community association manager (CAM) pre-licensing courses at UNLV.

CAI is a membership organization dedicated to building better communities, with 60 U.S. and international chapters providing information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.
