Landini’s Pizzeria, located at 9440 W. Russell Rd., is combining two Italian favorites – pizza and pasta – into one flavorful new dish, pastizza.
Landini’s new pastizza is a hearty dish made with Landini’s signature New York-style pizza dough and filled with penne pasta, house-made Bolognese and parmesan and is topped with a lattice “crust,” priced at $19.50.
Landini’s is family-owned by Leo Landini, a Florence, Italy native, and his wife, Christine Landini. Using fresh produce and hand-selected meats from trusted butchers, they make their pizzas with local flavors. The eatery also offers Italian favorites including panini sandwiches, salads and an assortment of pasta dishes, including carbonara, ravioli and lasagna. Beer, wine, house-made sangria and mimosas are also available.
Landini’s is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, with indoor and outdoor seating for on-site dining, in addition to takeout and free delivery within one mile of the restaurant.
