Cabo Wabo Cantina Partners with Three Square to Participate in Las Vegas Restaurant Week

Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, is teaming up with Three Square during Las Vegas Restaurant Week.

From now until Friday, June 18, a portion of the proceeds from a special menu will help feed families in need throughout Southern Nevada.

An annual tradition, Las Vegas Restaurant Week offers an opportunity for the city’s finest restaurants to give back to the community. The twelve-day event encourages people to dine out, experiencing quality meals for a noble cause. Cabo Wabo is offering a special three-course menu for guests who wish to participate, priced at $30 per person.

Appetizers include Cabo Wabo nachos, blended with house cheese, beans, jalapeno sauce, Cotija cheese, sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo; shrimp ceviche, made with Gulf shrimp, cucumber, red onion, tomato and cilantro, served with a side of spicy chips; and tortilla soup, including roasted tomato chicken broth and shredded chicken, topped with tortilla strips, cheese blend, cilantro, avocado and sour cream.

Each served with a side of rice and beans, entrée selections range from the Cotija-crusted cheese quesadilla, served with pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream; chicken or carne asada tacos with a choice of grilled chicken or grilled steak, arbol salsa, cilantro, red onion and avocado; and chicken or beef enchiladas, made with shredded chicken, covered in creamy tomatillo sauce and melted cheese, or shredded beef short rib with pacilla Chile sauce and melted cheese. To complete the meal, churros will be served as dessert, drizzled in chocolate sauce.
