Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino has announced David Hutchison as the new executive chef for Stockman’s Steakhouse.
Previously executive chef at Pahrump Valley Winery and most recently sous chef at Red Rock Casino & Resort in Las Vegas, Hutchison brings more than three decades of culinary expertise to Stockman’s Steakhouse.
A classic steakhouse, Pahrump Nugget Hotel & Casino’s Stockman’s Steakhouse showcases USDA choice and higher cuts of beef alongside prime rib, pork, fish, lamb, pasta and chicken. Specialty and traditional sides, as well as salads, soups and starters round out the dining experience. Signature steaks include the 16-ounceblack angus ribeye, 20-ounce porterhouse and slow roasted prime rib. Other specialties include crab cakes served with horseradish sriracha remoulade, lobster and shrimp bisque and artichoke-stuffed chicken breast. The full menu is available here.
