Weekend-Long Party Starts Friday, June 4, Culminating Sunday, June 6 with Sundrais by DJ Franzen
The iconic Drai’s Beachclub • Nightclubon the rooftop of The Cromwell will celebrate its official reopening with explosive full-length Drai’s LIVE performances by superstars Wiz Khalifa and Future in the Nightclub, plus a stacked Beachclub lineup from Friday, June 4 through Sunday, June 6.
“We have looked forward to this weekend for well over a year and we’re thrilled to bring back nightlife, and our unprecedented concert series, Drai’s LIVE, with Wiz Khalifa and Future – two incredible performers who will make this grand reopening an unforgettable party,” said Dustin Drai, vice president of entertainment and marketing at Drais Beachclub, Nightclub and After Hours. “Not only will this be the first concert since before the shutdown for most fans, but they’ll also have a chance to see Wiz Khalifa and Future in an unforgettable, up-close setting while taking in incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip.”
Khalifa, a multi-platinum Grammy and Golden Globe-nominated artist, will usher in the return of Drai’s LIVE on Friday, June 4. Best known for his Grammy-nominated album “Blacc Hollywood,” his accolades include BET Awards, Billboard Music Awards and Teen Choice Awards. A frequent performer at Rolling Loud Festival, Khalifa has collaborated with numerous world–renowned artists, including Travis Scott, Gucci Mane and Lil Baby.
To continue the star-studded weekend, artist and producer superstar, Future, will light up the Drai’s stage on Saturday, June 5. Future’s album “Pluto” featured five singles in the Billboard 100, and his third album “DS2” landed him his very first Billboard 200 #1 ranking. Future has worked with many big names over the years and in 2015 dropped “What a Time to Be Alive with Drake,” featuring top hits like “Jumpman” and “Big Rings.”
On Sunday, June 6, Drai’s resident and legendary DJ and producer, DJ Franzen, will close out the weekend with his epic Sundrais experience starting at 10 p.m. Sundrais has been recognized by local partygoers, industry leaders and visitors as the hottest spot to close out their weekends. Plus, June 6 will also celebrate Franzen’s birthday.
Drai’s Beachclub, the only rooftop oasis towering 11 stories above the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, will host the hottest day parties throughout the weekend. DJ Maria Romano will get the weekend started on Friday, June 4; and on Saturday, June 5, Khalifa will return for a Drai’s Beachclub performance. The first Beachclub weekend will culminate on Sunday, June 6, with Sunday Fundrais.
