El Dorado Cantina has reimagined its weekend Brunch menu and crafted a mix of sweet and savory delectable dishes.
Pair any of these dishes with bottomless mimosas or Bloody Marys, one of their specialty cocktails, or a refreshing margarita while listening to live music. New items include:
Bacon Egg & Cheese Torta – Smoked bacon, fried eggs, Cheddar, jalapeño cream cheese, chipotle ranch, and fresh avocado, served with crispy breakfast potatoes.
Bolillo Churro French Toast – Crème Brulée custard, cinnamon and sugar, Chantilly cream, caramel pearls, and Dulce De Leche syrup.
Brunch Charcuterie Board – Smoked bacon, chorizo sausage, citrus marinated watermelon, homemade cinnamon sugar donuts, and poblano deviled eggs.
Chili Spiced Salmon Ceasar Salad – Wild Caught Salmon, chopped Romaine, crispy chicharron, cotija, pickled white onions, chipotle Caesar dressing, and cotija cheese.
El Dorado Brunch Enchiladas – Papas, chorizo, Oaxaca cheese, salsa verde y crema, queso fresco, pico de gallo, and cilantro, served with crispy breakfast potatoes.
Hangover Cure Burger – Angus smash burger, smoked bacon, and Cheddar cheese on a Telera roll, topped with guacamole, crispy onions, a fried egg, and jalapeño ranch. Served with papas fritas.
Hot Chocolate French Toast – Hot chocolate custard, toasted marshmallows, chocolate pearls, whipped cream, house chocolate sauce, and powdered sugar.
Quesobirria Omelet – Fresh organic eggs, braised house birria, Oaxaca cheese, queso fresco, fresh pico de gallo, pickled red onions, cilantro, poblano crema, and consommé, served with crispy Brunch potatoes.
Tajin Watermelon Salad – Fresh watermelon, Spring mix, toasted almonds, local honey and lime dressing, roasted Fresno chilis, cucumbers, radish, queso fresco, and pickled red onions.
Trio Toast Board – A selection of three toasts, topped with whipped cream cheese and summer berries, smashed avocado with egg, and smoked Tequila salmon.
