Global Fusion Brunch Fare Paired With Activations and Live Entertainment Will Take Place Weekly
JING Las Vegas located at Downtown Summerlin is launching a Sunday brunch series that promises a distinct experience. Guests can enjoy standout selections from the featured brunch menu prepared by Executive Chef Thomas Griese, including Lobster Eggs Benedict with the option of a Caviar Upgrade, Seafood Tower, Honey French Toast, Creekstone Farms New York Steak & Eggs, and Avocado Toast.
The restaurant’s regular menu will be available for purchase throughout the day, and live ambient music will set the daytime scene. The party will evolve into an energetic atmosphere complete with a live deejay, bites and bottle service offered until late.
Diners can expect Instagrammable photo-opportunities thoughtfully placed throughout the restaurant, and rotating seasonal decor.
When: Every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., beginning Sunday, April 11. A dedicated brunch menu is served from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the restaurant’s regular menu available from 11 a.m. until close.
