The menu features some of the infamous Lotus favorites while including traditional Thai flavors that have been reimagined for brunch, including shrimp toast with sweet-chili soy and toasted sesame and Thai-style steak & eggs with jasmine rice and Sua Rong Hai sauce.
Raw bar offerings have also been added, with choices of oysters, ceviche of half-shell scallops in seafood sauce, and king crab cocktail with Thai condiments.
