The Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada (GSSNV) are thrilled to announce the upcoming “Cookie Rally,” a dynamic community event set to take place on Saturday, January 27th, 2024, at 10:00 am.
This carnival-like extravaganza will be held at GSSNV’s council, 2941 E. Harris Ave Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Hundreds of local Girl Scouts and their families will jumpstart the 2024 cookie season at GSSNV’s Cookie Rally. This event promises a day filled with engaging activities, business skills workshops, games, and delightful treats. The event will feature various activity stations, including rock climbing walls and adorable animals, providing attendees with an unforgettable experience.
As a prelude to Cookie Rally, the Thin Mint Sprint relay race will take place, adding a spirited and competitive element to the festivities. Participants and spectators alike can enjoy the thrill of the race, showcasing the determination and teamwork emblematic of the Girl Scout spirit.
Cookie Rally is a celebration of community, empowerment, and the Girl Scout spirit.
This event serves as the grand precursor to the nationwide “Mega Drop,” marking the official launch of the Girl Scouts’ cookie-selling season. It’s an occasion that brings together communities in support of these young entrepreneurs and their commitment to developing essential business and leadership skills.
The event boasts the presence of Las Vegas’ major mascots, creating an atmosphere of fun and excitement. Mascots in attendance will include Buckets from Las Vegas Aces, The Aviator and Spruce The Goose from Las Vegas Aviators, and McGruff The Crime Dog from LVMPD.
The 2024 Girl Scout cookie season kicks off January 27th at Cookie Rally and Thin Mint Sprint. Cookie booths open February 9th, 2024.
