Max Pawn Luxury and EZPAWN Continue Tradition of Gathering Coats for Las Vegans in Need
Las Vegas’ luxury reseller, Max Pawn Luxury, and select EZPAWN stores are proud to continue an annual coat drive tradition with a new partner – Project 150 – to provide a little extra warmth this winter.
As part of an ongoing commitment to the community, Max Pawn Luxury has collected and donated over 1,000 coats over seven years, with the intent of continuing the partnerships for years to come. Three EZPAWN locations are joining Max Pawn in the 2023 coat drive.
“We are so thrilled to work with Project 150 for our annual coat drive this year,” says Max Pawn Luxury President Michael Mack. “We recognize teenage homelessness is a pressing community issue, and joining forces with Las Vegas EZPAWN locations enhances our capacity to offer support to our young community in crisis.”
Donors can bring new and gently used coats into all Max Pawn Luxury and select EZPAWN locations in Las Vegas from now through January 15th, all sizes are welcome. About Project 150
Project 150 is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization, founded in December 2011 by local businessmen Don Purdue and Patrick Spargur.
The two heard about 150 homeless high school students at Rancho High School in Las Vegas who needed support over the Christmas break. Since that time, Project 150 has expanded and now serves more than 7,000 registered and non-registered homeless, displaced and disadvantaged high school students in more than 75 high schools in Southern Nevada.
Project 150 provides these students with food, clothing, school supplies, sports equipment, shoes, college scholarships, workforce readiness, and other needs so they can continue school and be successful in life.
