Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the luxury resort and casino brought to life by Fontainebleau Development, is accelerating its hiring efforts ahead of its December 13, 2023 opening, pending regulatory approvals.
The hotel, gaming, meeting, and entertainment destination will host a five-day hiring event – September 25, 26, 28, 29 and 30 – to fill approximately 1,500 positions for its first-to-market food, beverage, and nightlife operations divisions.
Upon opening, Fontainebleau Las Vegas is projected to bring more than 6,500 new jobs to the Strip.
The first phase of the hiring event, known as “NightCast: a Talent Recruitment Event,” will take place on September 25 and 26 with a focus on hiring for LIV, the resort’s nightlife destination.
That will be followed by “SavorCast: A Talent Recruitment Event” on September 28 through 30, hiring for food and beverage positions for Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ 36 first-to-market dining concepts.
