Catch the Action This Football Season at CliQue Bar & Lounge with New Weekend Hours and Breakfast Menu

The intimate lounge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas will open its doors early on weekends during college and professional football seasons with the return of its signature breakfast menu.

CliQue Bar & Lounge, the upscale cocktail lounge located in the heart of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, will open early for the first weekend of football season with the return of its popular breakfast and bloody mary menu.

Opening at noon on Saturdays, CliQue will be showing the afternoon and evening college football action, starting Saturday, Aug. 26. The lounge will also open its doors at 9 a.m. on Sundays and will begin offering the special breakfast menu during the first weekend of the professional football regular season, starting Sunday, Sept. 10.

CliQue will also offer football viewing every Monday and Thursday throughout the season beginning at 4 p.m. With multiple HDTVs located throughout the lounge, guests will have the ultimate vantage point no matter where they are sitting as they cheer every play.

The new menu, designed to give fans a top gameday experience, will include delicious classic breakfast items such as a breakfast burrito made with chorizo, eggs, chipotle crema, shredded cheddar cheese, roasted breakfast potatoes and salsa roja, accompanied by fresh fruit, priced at $16; the breakfast bowl, filled with egg whites, avocado, cherry tomatoes, apple sausages and sautéed spinach, priced at $15.; and the breakfast sandwich made with eggs, bacon and sliced American cheese stacked on a butter croissant and served with tater tots, priced at $14: among other mouthwatering selections.

From the bar, guests have two new twists on the classic bloody mary from which to choose: the “Blood, Sweat & Tears” is crafted with Casamigos Blanco, Ancho Reyes – a liqueur made from ancho chiles, CliQue’s house bloody mary mix, sriracha, habanero tincture and fresh squeezed lime juice served with a Tajín-salt rim and garnished with serrano pepper and applewood bacon; and the “Bloody In Bloody Out,” made with Grey Goose vodka, ginger, lemon, CliQue’s house bloody mary mix and a splash of Lagavulin 16 year scotch served in a glass rimmed with ginger salt and garnished applewood bacon and rosemary; both priced at $18.

The lounge will also offer specials on imported and domestic beer buckets in addition to its regular cocktail menu.

CliQue’s full cocktail and table snack menu will also be available including its signature cocktails like the “Benny Blanco,” crafted with Casamigos Blanco Tequila, sliced pineapple chili shrub, Velvet Falernum, lemon and seltzer; Mini Sirloin Sliders made with pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato and a signature sauce, served with fries; deep-fried Oreos topped with a whipped marshmallow crème made with vanilla vodka and served with a Nutella Frangelico dipping sauce.
