Killer Burgers by 138° is back! The burger speakeasy, with a unique menu of show-stopping burgers by Chef/Owner Matt Meyer and team, returns for one night only.
Chef/Owner Matt Meyer and his team have crafted a special one-night-only burger menu again featuring all-new burger creations! The July edition will feature a special salad, loaded french fries, and dessert. Woodfired branzino, Perigo Hay & Cattle and Montana Wagyu Company dry-aged steaks, craft cocktails, and bourbon shots will also be available.
Burgers are priced at $20 each, and loaded fries are priced at $16 plus tax and gratuity. Advance reservations are recommended and can be made at 138restaurant.com, through OpenTable, or by calling (702) 272- 0839.

Inspired by the perfect temperature for finishing steaks (along with reference to a classic punk song), 138° by Chef Matt Meyer provides Hendersonites with a craft chophouse experience including killer burgers, show-stopping brunch and a full cocktail lounge.
At the heart of 138° is Meyer’s in-house dry-aging program, featuring local Nevada ranch beef as well as carefully sourced pork, duck and fish, finished on a woodfire grill. Signature dishes include Shrimp & Anson Mills Grits, Seed Crust Lamb Loin and the 138° burger; augmented by cocktails focused on smartly updated classics by award-winning Bar Lead Adam Carroll.
Decor is sophisticated but comfortable with just a little bit of edge. Highlights include a center fire pit lounge in the dining room, a dry-aging display, and a new climate-controlled portico for year-round outdoor dining. Two private dining rooms are available for functions, business meetings and celebrations.
