LaPour Partners and G2 Capital, forming Clevnar Partners, a leading commercial real estate development venture in the Southwest region, announced today that Intermountain Health and SelectHealth have become the newest tenants at Narrative, the state-of-the-art office building located in booming Southwest Las Vegas Valley.
Together, the two will occupy all 21,621 RSF of the first floor of Narrative.

Narrative, which features a fitness room, amenity lounge with terrace, private balconies, quiet room, conference room, bike-to-work capability, outdoor fitness equipment and seating areas along a quarter-mile wellness path, and walkable amenities which include a myriad of dining, shopping, fitness, wellness, and entertainment, was completed in December of 2022.

In February, LaPour Partners announced Colliers International as the first tenant to take occupancy in the building.
Recently, LaPour Partners announced that the hospitality-focused tech company Agilysys has also made Narrative their Las Vegas headquarters and will occupy more than 36,000 RSF, leaving only the coveted 4th floor remaining available for lease.
