The popular Las Vegas female revue produced by Emmy Award-winning choreographer Anita Mann continues to have legs on the heels of one of its most successful and awarded years, yet.
Las Vegas’ iconic female revue FANTASY: The Strip’s Biggest Tease announced the show has extended its partnership with Luxor Hotel and Casino with a new multi-year agreement.
Emmy Award-winning choreographer Anita Mann continues to deliver a winning formula in the popular Las Vegas Strip production: a cast of gorgeous showgirls, the powerhouse vocals of Lorena Peril, talented guest stars and new numbers continually added since the sizzling show premiered on the Las Vegas Strip as “Midnight Fantasy” in 1999.
The multi-year extension comes after one of the show’s most successful years and is the culmination of over two decades of numerous awards and achievements. In 2022, the show received three accolades in Las Vegas Review-Journal’s “Best of Las Vegas” Awards including the gold award for “Best Female Revue,” a silver award for “Best Bachelor Party” and a bronze award for “Best Production Show.” FANTASY also recently earned “All-Time Best Female Revue” from Las Vegas Magazine’s Hall of Fame; 2021’s “Best Production Show” by Las Vegas Weekly and headliner, Lorena Peril, earned “Best Female Entertainer” in the 31st Silver State Women Awards.
“We are thrilled to be continuing on the Atrium Showroom stage inside Luxor,” says FANTASY producer and Emmy-Award-winning choreographer Anita Mann. “It has been our home since 1999 and every year just keeps getting better. The work done by every person connected with the show has helped shape it into what it is today, and we are honored to continue performing for Las Vegas audiences.”
FANTASY not only celebrates the success of the show, but the success of its cast. In January of 2022, it was announced that Mariah Rivera, a dancer in the show since 2008, had been promoted from associate producer to co-producer. Late 2022 also brought long-time cast member Ashton Bray into the production team as the production manager, assisting with multiple facets of the show’s operations.
Additionally, Yesi Burgess, another mainstay in the cast, has taken a prominent role in choreographing the show’s sultry vignettes including three of the new numbers which debuted at the revue’s 23rd anniversary celebration in October 2022.
“For us, it’s been about the growth of not only the show, but also the cast within the show,” states Beverly Jeanne, executive producer of FANTASY. “We have cast members who joined initially as swing, part-time performers who have later become integral parts of the production team, working behind the scenes to make the show a success.”
Show times are scheduled nightly at 10:30 p.m. inside the Atrium Showroom, with an additional 8 p.m. show on Sundays. All guests attending the show must be at least 18 or older with a valid ID.
