Husband and wife team, Phil and Erin Shipley are excited to announce their new motorcycle-themed coffee shop, Pikey Coffee Co., located on Decatur near I-215.
http://Pikey Coffee features an extensive menu of handmade coffee creations Inspired by Phil’s family roots in the British traveler community and freedom-loving motorcycle culture, Pikey Coffee features an extensive menu of handmade coffee creations, hot chocolates, tea lattes, soft serve ice cream, and their very own Street Legal energy drinks.
Pikey Coffee uses exclusive blends from a local roasting company as well as premium syrups. Along with a food menu highlighted by Vegas favorite Carl’s Donuts and freshly made salads and sandwiches, the beverage menu features over thirty-five flavors which can be crafted into various coffee, soft serve, and tea concoctions including:

- Frappés
- Snowstorms
- Twisties
- Slushies
- Street Legal Energy Drinks
- Hot Chocolates
- Tea Lattes
- Soda Floats
Decor follows their freedom-loving, British motorcycle aesthetic, featuring photos of Phil’s traveler family, Union Jacks, neon signs, and even a motorcycle hanging from the ceiling. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and a selfie-friendly (and bike-friendly!) drive-thru.
“The coffee scene is very active, but we thought we could bring something to the table with a bit of a different approach,” says Erin Shipley. “A fresh perspective and some more variety!”
The Shipleys are extensively trained on coffee and all phases of its production and also own a brunch restaurant in Manhattan Beach, CA. After the pandemic, their passion for great coffee led them to launch Pikey Coffee in Las Vegas.
