Carson Kitchen is offering two specialty cocktails inspired by each team going to the Big Game from Feb 10-12 for $14 each.
Take Mahomes Tonight – This cocktail is a bitter-sweet re-imagining of the modern classic cocktail the Paper Airplane and a bold concoction of tequila, lemon, Aperol, and Amaro Meletti.
The inspiration for this cocktail comes from Carson Kitchen’s Director of Operations Rachel Tate – she is from Kansas City and just happens to be the biggest fan of the Chiefs and an even bigger fan of tequila.
Yo Adrian! – This cocktail is if a Last Word and Southside cocktail had a love child with super refreshing gin, green chartreuse, lime, maraschino liquor and muddled cucumber and basil.
STK Steakhouse
Eat your heart out while watching the Big Game at STK Steakhouse on Sunday, Feb. 12 with exclusive specials.
There is no bad seat in the house with a plethora of large-screen televisions throughout the venue. Guests will be able to enjoy a variety of game day menu items like truffle popcorn, potato skins, spicy chicken wings, A5 wagyu-loaded nachos and tacos, and a variety of burgers starting at $14.

Delmonico Steakhouse
Available exclusively on Sunday, Feb. 12 for the big game, Delmonico Steakhouse is offering a special menu to enjoy at the bar and in the lounge anytime from 11:30 a.m. until the end of the game.
There will be a $150 food and beverage minimum per person. Special offerings include:
- Charcuterie board with fennel, salami, copa, prosciutto di parma, marinated olives, and burrata cheese ($26)
- Half dozen oysters on the half shell with ver jus mignonette (MKT)
- Japanese wagyu meatball with pomodoro sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a toasted baguette ($32)

- Emeril’s reserved sturgeon caviar deviled eggs with remoulade sauce and teardrop tomatoes ($28)
