Andrew Leavitt of Pay It Forward Lending in Nevada Is Now Among the Top 1% Of Mortgage Loan Producers in the Country

United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the nation’s largest mortgage lender, recently recognized Andrew Leavitt and his team at Pay It Forward Lending with four awards for loan production in 2022.

Leavitt’s team was able to originate nearly $46 million in loans during a year where loan volume was cut by 60% from 2021 highs.

“It’s a different game now. You have to look at every loan very closely and dig down into the details,” said Leavitt, a Sr. Loan Officer and the Capital/Secondary Systems Information Manager for Pay It Forward Lending NMLS: 344850. “You may hear a lot of ‘no’ at first, but you must keep trying to figure out what it takes to get that ‘yes’ on an application today.”

The four honors from UWN include the following:

Top 1% Certified Partner: Given to a loan officer whose production is among the top 1% in the nation
Top 1% in State: Awarded to those whose performance is in the top 1% for loan production in Nevada; this was the second year in a row Leavitt won the award
Top 20 Purchase Loan Officer in the State: Given to those who are among the top 20 loan producers in the state, also the second year in a row he won this award
Digital Dominator Award: Awarded to those in the UNW network who maximize technology to improve business

Leavitt credits his dedicated team for this year’s accomplishments. He also looks forward to another successful year in 2023.
