The STRAT Hotel, Casino & SkyPod will take Valentine’s Day to new heights with featured menus at Top of the World and McCall’s Heartland Grill.
Plus, The STRAT will set the mood with romantic views of the Las Vegas Strip, live entertainment and more, beginning Friday, Feb. 10.
Top of the World, widely regarded as one of the most romantic restaurants in the world for its 360-degree rotating dining room nearly 1,000 feet high atop The STRAT’s SkyPod, will offer a special Valentine’s Day menu, available Friday, Feb. 10 through Tuesday, Feb. 14.
The iconic restaurant will add several decadent selections to the menu, including an appetizer of bacon-wrapped coconut tempura lobster tail with blood orange, chipotle glaze and field greens, priced at $26; a baby spinach, bacon and walnut salad, tossed with feta cheese, shaved red onion, strawberries and white balsamic vinaigrette, priced at $18; an entrée of roasted sea bass, served with orzo pasta and roasted poblano cream, priced at $56; and a decadent “Red Velvet Rose” dessert, made with strawberry Chambord mousse, red velvet cake and vanilla cream, priced at $14.
Top of the World will also offer a “Just Cocktails at the Bar” package to sip and take in breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Valley, including a complimentary bottle of champagne with a minimum purchase of $99 required.
Special romantic touches available to be placed at the table upon arrival include rose petals, priced at $15; a half-dozen roses, priced at $75; a dozen roses, priced at $95; and a bottle of champagne on ice, priced at $99.
McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer a special four-course menu for two, available exclusively on Tuesday, Feb. 14, priced at $129. The flavorful meal will include chipotle Caesar salad, romaine lettuce tossed with shaved parmesan cheese, herb garlic croutons and chipotle Caesar dressing; a seafood trio appetizer featuring pan-seared buttered scallops, fried calamari and shrimp scampi; and a choice of entrée including a 16-ounce Creekstone Farms prime ribeye with wild mushroom au poivre, crispy smashed potatoes and roasted sweet carrots; or a 16-ounce seared salmon with Dijon citrus beurre blanc, wild mushroom au poivre and roasted sweet carrots; and strawberry champagne mousse layered chocolate cake for dessert. Each of the dishes are also available to order à la carte.
Adding to the romantic ambience of Valentine’s Day, McCall’s Heartland Grill will offer dinner and a show with a live performance by David DeCosta from 5 to 9 p.m. Part of Echelon Events Group, DeCosta will channel legendary singer, Frank Sinatra, and serenade the audience with a lineup of hits from the iconic “Rat Pack” era.
Additionally, REMIX Lounge will offer a love-inspired cocktail, available Friday, Feb. 10 through Tuesday, Feb. 14.
The “Eros Fizz” is crafted with Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass Vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and Ruffino Prosecco, priced at $16.
