To celebrate National Personal Trainer Awareness Day on January 2, 2023, Rachel Bell Carpenter, health and wellness expert, from The Stirling Club in Las Vegas will be conducting specialty, promo classes throughout the month.
Along with members of The Stirling Club, prospective members can take advantage of what this upscale, social club has to offer throughout the new year. Starting in January 2023, prospective members can book classes by calling the concierge at (702)732-9700, x0 at the drop-in price for $35 for specialty classes.
Prospective members can enjoy a variety of fitness classes with the club’s fitness director, Rachel Bell Carpenter, and other instructors. These classes range from Yin, Reiki and Meditation, Cycling, Kettlebell and more.
The wide range of classes is perfect for those wanting to challenge or improve their fitness abilities for the new year.

Rachel Bell Carpenter is a wellness and fitness professional and dance instructor and choreographer who specializes in MELT Method myofascial recovery work, athletic and restorative Pilates, theater dance education and choreography.
