Table 34, a beloved local restaurant located at 600 E. Warm Springs Rd., #180 and recently acquired by Batch Hospitality, a hospitality group backed by decades of fine dining expertise, will welcome 2023 with a celebratory prix fixe menu on New Year’s Eve, available exclusively from 4:30 p.m. to late on Saturday, Dec. 31.

The decadent menu will showcase seasonal farm-to-table ingredients, priced at $85 per person. Guest may also choose to include a wine pairing with their meal, priced at $45 per person.

The meal will begin with an amuse-bouche of lobster Newburg with puff pastry, lobster and madeira cream. For the first course, guests will be able to choose between four options: French onion soup made with beef broth, sautéed onions, provolone and Grana Padano cheese and croutons; crab bisque made with sherry cream, crab and green onions; mixed green salad topped with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and balsamic vinaigrette; or a classic Caesar salad topped with anchovies, Grana Padano cheese and croutons.

For the second course, guests will have the choice between the following options: Steak Au Poivre featuring rich peppercorn cream, mashed potatoes and broccolini; pan-roasted halibut topped with a brandy cream sauce and served with white rice; lobster ravioli topped with lemon beurre blanc sauce; or Coq Au Vin, chicken braised in red wine, served with tender confit potatoes and asparagus.

The meal will conclude with the choice of one house-made dessert: chocolate and espresso crème brûlée; raspberry and mint cheesecake; or bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream.

Table 34 recently reopened under the direction of Batch Hospitality’s Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander who bring more than 32 years of experience combined, resulting in a truly unique approach to modern-day restaurant operations and concept design.

Batch Hospitality is passionate about crafting the ultimate dining experience for any occasion and takes pride in providing excellent service, amazing cuisine, and most importantly, memories to last a lifetime.

Following its reopening, Table 34 has introduced a reimagined design including vibrant new interiors with modern rustic charm, in addition to an updated façade.

The restaurant will soon unveil its new menu and beverage program, bringing a refreshed menu built on Table 34’s roots in farm-to-table cuisine.

More information about Table 34 can be found on the website at www.Table34LasVegas.com.
