In honor of Festivus and the “holidays for the rest of us,” WuHu Noodle is offering a limited-time Festivus Menu from Dec. 9-30, including:
- Northeastern Chinese lamb, a leg of lamb with wok-seared green onions, peppers, cumin and soy sauce ($24)
- Cornish game hen, marinated cornish hen deep-fried and served with broccoli ($16)
- Rolled rice noodles with chicken, wok-seared served with green onions, bean sprouts and a special blend soy sauce ($18)
- Fried fish fillet with cream corn sauce ($20)
- Szechuan ribeye sauteed with onions, peppers and Szechuan spicy sauce ($26)
Christmas Day
Enjoy a hearty Christmas meal at Silverton Casino. From 3-9:30 p.m. on Christmas Day, Twin Creeks Steakhouse will offer specialty holiday menu items, including:
- Brussel sprout salad, made with dried cranberries, bacon lardons, white balsamic gastrique and parmesan risotto cake ($16)
- Pan-seared branzino, served with roasted pumpkin, haricot verts, Fresno chili, Thai basil and coconut curry sauce ($45)
- Olive oil cake, served with blood orange segments, macerated berries, candied slivered almonds and elderberry mascarpone cream ($12)
Mi Casa Grill Cantina will offer a $55 three-course menu on Christmas Day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. The holiday dishes include:
- Chile-seared shrimp, served with sweet corn mush and citrus butter sauce
- 16 oz. fajita spiced bone-in ribeye, served with chorizo-yukon fried potatoes and elote
- Milk chocolate caramel tart served with coffee crunch ice cream
In honor of Christmas, Sundance Grill will also offer a three-course menu on Dec. 25 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Priced at $34 per person, the holiday menu includes:
- A starter choice of house salad or seafood chowder
- Petit filet of beef served with potato purée, truffle creamed spinach and red wine demi-glace
- Eggnog bread pudding served with rum-spiced crème anglaise and vanilla bean ice cream
New Year’s Eve
Finish off the end of 2022 with a tasty dinner at Twin Creeks Steakhouse. On Dec. 31, from 4:30-10 p.m., the restaurant will offer New Year’s Eve specialty menu items, including:
- Assorted cheese board, made with parmesan, pecorino tartufo, gorgonzola dolce, house-marinated olives, stone fruit compote, honeycomb, candied pecans and house-made focaccia strips ($32)
- Veal osso bucco milanese made with saffron risotto and gremolata ($55)
- Poached pear, made with fromage blanc sorbet, roasted sweet grapes, candied walnuts and gold leaf ($12)
From 4:30-10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, Mi Casa Grill Cantina will celebrate the end of the year with a $55 three-course menu for two with special dishes, including:
- Tableside guacamole
- El jefe molcajete, made with marinated steak, chicken, shrimp, petite grilled lobster tails, Spanish rice, refried beans and choice of tortilla
- Vanilla bean cheesecake tarte served with mango passion fruit compote
Enjoy the last day of 2022 with a $29 three-course menu at Sundance Grill. Available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., the limited-time menu will include:
- A starter choice of house salad or crab bisque
- Red wine braised short ribs served with charred baby carrots and parmesan polenta
- Tiramisu, a coffee-soaked cake made with mascarpone mousse and espresso crème anglaise
BAD ELF Holiday Pop-Up Bar
The elves are back in town! Shady Grove Lounge — the popular Las Vegas cocktail hideaway — will once again be transformed into BAD ELF Pop-Up Bar, an over-the-top holiday spectacle, open daily now through Jan. 2. The cheerful pop-up will offer holiday-themed cocktails, including:
- The Grinch Shot made with peach schnapps, Malibu rum, blue curacao, Sprite and orange juice
- Shady Graham Central Shot made with Baileys, white crème de cacao and vanilla vodka
- Naughty Butter Beer, made with vanilla vodka, butterscotch and root beer, garnished with whipped cream and sugar crystals
- Spicy Apple Cider made with Fireball, honey and apple cider, garnished with a cinnamon stick and lemon wheel

During NFL games on Monday and Thursday nights through Dec. 29, Shady Grove Lounge, Mermaid Lounge and Flare Bar will offer the Pass the Pigskins Weekly Challenge. December 8 – Soul Sistahs
With a notable background in dance, producing, promotions and multiple national, European and Latin tours, Marvin Columbus will introduce “Soul Sistahs” to the Veil Pavilion stage on Dec. 8. The Soul Sistahs consist of five incredible female vocalists who have made their mark in the music industry, including Carolyn Griffey, Christine Shebeck, April Develos, Jennifer Phillips and Elisa Fiorillo. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show will take place from 8-10 p.m. DJ dancing will take place after the show from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. General admission starts at $50 and VIP tables start at $65 per person with available bottle service.
