Skybox, the newest addition to the award-winning food and beverage collection at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, is now open.
Skybox is a high-energy sports viewing experience with multiple bars, luxurious lounges, couches and private booths. Skybox offers state-of-the-art technology with multi-functional massive screens, timely lighting and sound effects in a vibrant and colorful atmosphere. Inside Skybox fans never miss a moment of action with a 360-degree viewing experience for up to 18 live sporting events at once.

Fans will toast to victory with an expansive menu of imported and domestic brews on tap and signature cocktails including the Winner’s Circle made with Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey, Amaretto, peach purée, lemon juice and angostura bitters, the Bloody Sunday made with Belvedere Vodka, spicy tomato juice, fresh lime, picked vegetables, candied spicy bacon and finished with a spicy bacon rim, the Undisputed Lemonade, made with Belvedere Organic Infusion Pear & Ginger Vodka, pear purée, St. Germaine and lemonade and more.
Bottle service is also available.
Fans will enjoy shareable favorites like New York-style pizza options, including meat lovers, margherita, four cheese, bianca and more, Italian sausage topped with peppers, onion and marinara, wings with choice of buffalo, barbeque or garlic parmigiana sauce quarter pound beef hotdogs, chicken tenders, loaded fries with pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, mozzarella and marinara and more. The menu was curated and created by Mimmo Ferraro.

Skybox is open Thursday – Friday from 4 – 10 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. Skybox can be found on the second floor of the Ruby Tower, conveniently located by the Harmon Ave. parking garage, offering complimentary self-parking.
