Boston’s Fish House, known for flying in the fresh New England seafood and scratch-made ingredients, is now open. Diners can expect a traditional New England seafood cuisine complemented by a great wine list at a most exceptional value.
From Nicholas Sord, the owner of Sunny Side Up Las Vegas, this new themed restaurant is a partnership with his father, Bryan Sord. Boston’s Fish House is known for flying in fresh New England seafood and scratch made ingredients.
Nicholas Sord’s new kitchen is led by Chef Francesco De Furia and features signature seafood cuisine and a fresh oyster bar. Chef Francesco De Furia hails from Tuscany & Napoli and has been overseeing the kitchens for years. Chef’s extensive background includes his own restaurant, a catering company in LA, has worked at Ago, and opened Valentino at the Venetian along with the Wynn Las Vegas.
