The surprise celebrity visits and performances continue at The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, a hidden speakeasy inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as rock music superstar, keyboardist and backup vocalist for Journey, Jason Derlatka, jumped on-stage for an impromptu performance and NASCAR drivers, Marco Andretti and Alexander Rossi enjoy a night out on Tuesday, September 13.
Derlatka arrived at the speakeasy around 10:15 p.m. dressed casually in jeans, a black jacket and black hat to join musician friends, Ben Carey (Savage Garden, Lifehouse and Brett Young) and Bryce Soderburg (Lifehouse) for the Barbershop’s Tuesday night Faded Karaoke.
Derlatka ordered Casamigos Mezcal and socialized with fans in the lounge before joining Carey and Soderburg on stage to perform “Don’t Stop Believing” by Journey and “Last Resort” by Papa Roach.
Also seen enjoying the live music karaoke at the speakeasy were NASCAR drivers, Andretti and Rossi, who arrived around 10:30 p.m. with a group of friends. Andretti was seen wearing a plaid long sleeve button-up shirt while Rossi wore a white graphic t-shirt.
The group enjoyed watching the performances while sipping on Grey Goose and Casamigos. The two departed the lounge after the band finished their set around 1 a.m.
