The popular plant-based restaurant at Resorts World Las Vegas will add a weekend brunch and weekday lunch service featuring all-new dishes
Crossroads Kitchen at Resorts World Las Vegas will introduce weekend brunch and weekday lunch service beginning Saturday, Sept. 10.
The new menus, featuring plant-based dishes by acclaimed chef Tal Ronnen, will include exclusive options and select signature dishes for diners looking to enjoy a mid-day meal.
Brunch Menu Highlights include:
- Bagel Tower – Six mini bagels served with two types of cream cheese: Olive & Pimento and Chive, smoked whitefish salad made with hearts of palm, smoked carrot lox with capers, Kelp Caviar, tomatoes, onions and marinated cucumbers
- Stuffed French Toast – Brioche French toast stuffed with seasonal fruit and served housemade breakfast sausages
- Chicken & Waffles – Belgian-style waffles and fried chicken served with potato rosti and seasonal fruit
Lunch Menu Highlights include:
- Meatball Sub – Meatballs topped with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil
- BLT – Bacon, avocado, bleu cheese, herb Vegenaise, lettuce and tomatoes on toasted sourdough bread
- Milanese Sandwich – Breaded cutlets served with romaine lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and Veganaise

WHEN:
Brunch will debut on Saturday, Sept. 10 and will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Lunch will launch on Monday, Sept. 12 and will be available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
