Summer Beer Pairing Dinner in Partnership with Tenaya Creek Brewery
Locally owned and operated brewery to feature seasonal craft brews to complement a four-course dinner at PUB 365
It’s nearing the end of summer and that means PSL are arriving soon! But, before we start putting out the pumpkins, let’s toast to the end of 100+ degrees days in Las Vegas with an ice cold craft brew at PUB 365 for their beer pairing dinner featuring craft beers from Tenaya Creek Brewery.
The dog days of summer are coming to a close and that goes for the crisp, summer craft beers, as well. The upcoming beer pairing dinner in partnership with Tenaya Creek Brewery will feature an eclectic evening filled with fine dining and a superior selection of complementing craft beers to be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022.
PUB 365 is hosting a beer pairing dinner featuring craft brews from Tenaya Creek Brewery that will begin at 6 p.m. Seating is reserved for 60 people and is $65 per person. Reservations are required.
The beer pairing dinner will include a carefully prepared menu consisting of a four-course meal, all accompanied with a hand-picked beverage from Tenaya Creek Brewery.
Guests will be welcomed to the event with a crisp Pilsner while they mix and mingle. Afterwards, the craft beer lovers will be escorted to the dining room where they can expect a mouth-watering menu starting with a grilled endive salad topped with burrata, figs, oranges and roasted pistachios and complemented with an Imperial Blood Orange Wit.
The next course will feature cheddar gougères with a side of tomato and harissa bisque finished with sharp cheddar cheese and served with a Single Hopped West Coast IPA.
The third course is a beef roast with a cocoa coffee rub and a side of fingerling potatoes, paired with a Brown Ale.
And to complete the dining experience, a turtle brownie sundae topped with caramel, spiced pecans and vanilla ice cream, finished with an Oatmeal Stout.
