The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails Is Ready to Rock with New Seasonal Cocktails

The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails, Clique Hospitality’s hidden speakeasy inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, announces the launch of its new seasonal cocktails available now.

Following the theme of the secret lounge and named after two of the biggest outlaws in American history, the “Bonnie + Clyde” is made to serve two guests and handcrafted with Rittenhouse Rye, Cointreau, an orange-flavored liqueur produced in France, and Aperol, garnished with a dried orange slice.

Upon purchase of the notorious crime couple’s cocktail, guests will receive a Barbershop-branded flask to take home with them.

Known for its rock vibes, the speakeasy has also added the “Six String Sling” to its cocktail menu. The specialty cocktail will have guests feeling like the lead guitar player of their own band and built around Suntory Toki, a Japanese whisky and Drambuie, a Scotch whisky with undertones of honey, herbs and spices, and chilled with a guitar-shaped ice cube.

Also added to the menu are “Winter In Scotland,” handcrafted with Dewars and Laphroaig mixed with absinthe rinse, lime juice and simple syrup topped with refreshing mint leaves served in a wood barrel mug; the beautifully crafted “Ms. Marigold,” adding a feminine touch to the rockstar atmosphere, is made with Hendrick’s, Aperol and prosecco mixed with blood orange juice and garnished with a marigold flower; and “Oil & Ore” handcrafted with Wild Turkey Longbranch, Averna, an Italian liqueur, Grand Marnier and Angostura and orange bitters served over ice and topped with an orange slice.

These new cocktails are in addition to the Barbershop’s classic staples including “Oak & Smoke,” made with Rémy Martin and Rye whiskey; “Wink,” crafted with Wild Turkey Rye; and “IV Pusher,” a shooter made with Espolòn Blanco tequila and served in an IV bag with a “doctor’s note.”

The Barbershop is a fully operational barbershop offering a wide range of men’s grooming services. Secreted behind an inconspicuous janitor’s door, The Barbershop boasts a speakeasy-style lounge with a fully stocked bar as well leather couches and upholstered chairs arranged to draw attention to the stage with live music every night including “Faded Karaoke” every Tuesday where guests can live out their rock star dreams with a live band.

The cool, intimate atmosphere has drawn music superstars including Machine Gun Kelly, Macy Gray, Zac Brown, DJ Ashba, Gavin DeGraw, Blanco Brown, Mikkey Dee and Dustin Lynch to the venue where they have performed surprise sets.
