The meal will begin with New England-style crab cakes with roasted red pepper and garlic aioli, followed by a Boston bib wedge salad with bourbon balsamic dressing. MEETINGS, ENTERTAINMENT & EVENTS
The various meeting spaces throughout the Edgewater Casino Resort encompass a total of 37,412 square feet of space, customizable for a variety of purposes, from conventions, reunions, board meetings, galas, breakout sessions and more. The 27,000-square-foot E Center accommodates up to 2,500 attendees and has hosted trade shows, military balls, concerts and other special events. Four additional meeting rooms range from 1,253 to 4,700 square feet.

Edgewater Casino Resort’s wedding services provide experienced catering professionals as well as on-site professional wedding planners. Services are flexible and staff is available to custom-create any menu, décor, theme or need.
