Tailgate Social Bar and Grill, located at Palace Station Hotel and Casino, will start the summer season with a classic New England-style lobster boil offered throughout the month of July.
Tailgate’s lobster boil will feature Maine lobster, Littleneck clams, Kielbasa sausage, Red Bliss potatoes and corn on the cob, served with drawn butter and fresh lemon, priced at $23. The dish can be enjoyed with Tailgate’s selection of white and red wine, draft brews and signature cocktails such as the Gin + Juice made with Bombay Sapphire gin, cucumber, mint and lime.
