Las Vegas Restaurant Week Returns To The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, June 6-17

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ world-renowned Restaurant Collection will support Three Square Food Bank’s 15^th annual Las Vegas Restaurant Week, June 6 – 17.

The12-day charitable event features the city’s finest restaurants, encouraging locals to dine out for a good cause. Blue Ribbon, China Poblano, Holsteins, Jaleo, Overlook Grill, Scarpetta, STK and Superfrico will offer specialty three-course, prix-fixe menus where a portion of proceeds will benefit Three Square Food Bank’s mission to feed families and individuals in Southern Nevada.

Blue Ribbon – $80 per guest
Menu Highlights: Yellowtail Jalapeno Aguachile with red onion, cilantro, crispy garlic chips and thai citrus dressing; Fried Chicken with mash potatoes, gravy and collard greens; Shrimp Provencal with tagliatelle, oven-roasted tomatoes and spinach

China Poblano – $30 per guest

11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Menu Highlights: Coconut Ceviche with young coconut, avocado, teardrop pepper; Twenty Vegetable Fried Rice with fried rice, egg, pea shoot salad and twenty seasonal vegetables; Pollo a la Parilla Taco with guacamole, green onion, chile pequin; Churros coated in cinnamon sugar

Holsteins – $38 per person

Menu Highlights: Crazy Bird with blackened chicken breast, smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, chipotle ranch; The Classic Burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and topped with udder sauce; Vanilla or Chocolate Shake

Jaleo – $80 per guest
Menu Highlights: Pan con tomate con Manchego served with toasted slices of uniquely crispy and ethereal bread brushed with fresh tomato and Manchego cheese; Polo al ajillo, grilled chicken thigh with garlic chicken glace and black garlic; Pisto Manchego con salmon, traditional Spanish stewed vegetables with Atlantic salmon

Overlook Grill – $30 per guest

Menu Highlights: OG Omelet with honey-cured ham, tomato, avocado, jack cheese and served with breakfast potatoes and country toast; Signature Shrimp Tacos; Watermelon Salad with quinoa, pickled peppers, shaved onions, fresh herbs and yuzu dressing; Overnight Oat Parfait with chocolate, peanut butter granola, roasted banana and date syrup

Scarpetta – $80 per guest

Menu Highlights: Creamy polenta, fricassee of truffled mushrooms; Spaghetti with tomato and basil; Chicken Marsala with spaghetti squash “aglio olio”, seasonal mushrooms and truffle marsala; Salmon topped with smoked potato puree, braised leeks, salmoriglio and balsamic

STK – $80 per guest
Menu Highlights: Tuna Tartare; 8 oz. Flat Iron Steak served with Yukon potatoes and wild mushrooms; Mushroom & Truffle Tagliatelle with pecorino, braised mushrooms, baby spinach and shaved black truffle; Flourless Chocolate Cake topped with chocolate ganache sauce

Superfrico – $60 per guest

Menu Highlights: Fried Mozzarella; Chicken Parm topped with spicy marinara, house mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, basil oil, parsley, lemon zest, sourdough breadcrumb; Roasted Sea Scallops; Tiramisu finished with coffee, mascarpone, lemon and espresso crumble
