Vegas PBS is hosting a free, virtual screening of The Zen Speaker: Breaking the Silence on Friday, January 8 at 6 p.m. PST. This documentary depicts a personal portrait of Amy Ayoub, a prominent Nevada businesswoman who overcame the shame of her traumatic experiences to testify in support of Assembly Bill 67, increasing penalties for those convicted of sex trafficking. Following the virtual screening, guests will participate in a Q&A with Ayoub and local experts.

The documentary will air on Vegas PBS Chanel 10 on Tuesday, January 12, at 10 p.m. It will also be available to stream on the PBS Video App and at video.vegaspbs.org on Friday, January 15, 2021.
