Dining destination at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa to offer savory dishes for Father’s Day
Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, located at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Summerlin, will celebrate Father’s Day with delicious specials for brunch and dinner on June 19.
Hearthstone’s Father’s Day brunch special will be a surf ’n’ turf Benedict with beef tenderloin, sauteed shrimp and bearnaise sauce, available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additional brunch options will be available from their expansive menu, such as chicken & waffles with buttermilk fried chicken, made-to-order waffles, spicy agave nectar and bourbon maple syrup or a prime rib French dip with sliced prime rib, caramelized onions, Swiss cheese, horseradish cream, herb au jus and fries. The meal can be enjoyed with drinks such as a bloody mary or Aperol spritz.
For lunch and dinner, a flame broiled porterhouse steak paired with bacon wrapped shrimp, grilled jumbo asparagus, roasted jalapeño hollandaise sauce and chimichurri will be served. Hearthstone’s standard menu offerings will also be available with favorites like braised short rib with butternut squash, truffle ricotta, charred brussel sprouts and crispy sweet potato; baja striped bass with cherry tomato and fennel ragout, confit pee-wee potatoes, salsa verde and crispy parsnips; and fresh oysters with cocktail and mignonette sauce.
