This year for Cinco de Mayo, Casa Calavera, located inside Virgin Hotel Las Vegas will be celebrating the holiday with one of the most authentic Mexican menus in town.

Beginning at 10am, Casa Calavera will open its doors for the highly anticipated Mexican holiday with delicious food and beverage specials throughout the day, including Taco poblano, which is served with Oaxaca cheese rajas, roasted potatoes, salsa morita and queso fresco for $25, as well as its Casa Calavera rojo posole with all the fixings for $18.

Casa Calavera will also be honoring the holiday with a live mariachi band from 8:00pm to 9:30pm for all to enjoy.
