Scottish alt-rock titans Biffy Clyro embark on their first US tour in five years, including a stop at House of Blues Las Vegas Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
The beloved post-hardcore band will have plenty of new material to perform. During the pandemic, Biffy Clyro released two widely acclaimed albums — 2020’s A Celebration of Endings and 2021’s tumultuous The Myth of the Happily Ever After, which produced the breakout smash “A Hunger in Your Haunt.”
Fans looking to get a glimpse at Biffy Clyro’s artistic process and return to their Scottish roots during lockdown can check out their new Amazon Music documentary Biffy Clyro: Cultural Sons of Scotland, which is streaming free for Amazon Prime Video subscribers worldwide. From their earliest days on Glasgow’s thriving independent scene, Biffy Clyro’s combination of anthemic choruses, tangible emotion, and innovative, often shifting song structures have made them one of Britain’s most vital rock acts. Over the years, the band has amassed a fervent fanbase in the US, where they’ve opened for acts as varied as Manchester Orchestra and Queens of the Stone Age, while also embarking on numerous sold-out headlining runs.
