Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, Cabo Wabo’s revamped patio will offer vibrant décor, additional seating for up to 180 guests and stunning, panoramic views, creating a rockin’ atmosphere. A live DJ will also be present during the high-energy celebration on Thursday, May 5.
El Santo Cocktail
Throughout the fiesta, Cabo Wabo will offer its specialty cocktails, including the Cocorita, infused with Cabo Wabo Blanco Tequila, lime juice and crème of coconut, served on the rocks with freshly toasted coconut; El Santo, made with Santo Mezquila, freshly crushed jalapeños, orange and pineapple juice, chipotle pepper and agave; Maui Rocker, crafted with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum, orange curaçao, pineapple juice, grenadine and sweet and sour; and the Tamarind Margarita, made with Santo Blanco Tequila, lime juice, triple sec and house-made tamarind syrup, served on the rocks, among others.
Cabo Wabo will also serve signature bites, including carne asada tacos, made with corn tortillas and topped with grilled steak, salsa arbol, avocado, cilantro and onions; a nacho platter, crafted with a house cheese blend, beans, jalapeños, queso sauce, cotija cheese and pico de gallo, topped with sour cream and guacamole; and Sammy’s Tequila Shrimp, seasoned with garlic and drizzled in Cabo Wabo tequila-lime sauce, served with garlic bread, among others.
