1 – GINGER BOURBON TONIC (Pictured at top)

– 1 oz bourbon
– 1/2 oz lemon juice
– 1/2 oz ginger syrup
– 2 to 3 oz @drinkwildtonic Mango Ginger Jun Kombucha
Add bourbon, lemon juice and ginger syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a double rocks glass with ice. Top with @drinkwildtonic and garnish with fresh ginger and a lemon wheel.

1/2 oz Olorosso Sherry
